Overview
Vanguard Machinery LA2100X3 Wheeled Trommel Screen is designed to offer unrivalled production throughput and application flexibility. The robust design with optional features such as a heavy duty tipping grid or double deck vibrating grid make the LA2100X3 the most versatile trommel on the market today.
Features
The processing capacity is up to 600 tons per hour (depending on the feed size, screen size, and feed).
Heavy-duty single-shaft inclined screen box, with adjustable angle, speed and amplitude. The screen access channel facilitates screen replacement.
High-performance hydraulic system - Both the cast iron hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are equipped with hydraulic cooling devices. The engine is arranged transversely for easy access and maintenance.
Hydraulic folding conveyor for easy transportation; with descent control for the fine material conveyor, facilitating the replacement of the bottom screen.
